HIV Prevention Studies

Since its establishment in 1987, hundreds of HIV-negative have participated in clinical trials at the Case ACTU. Their participation led directly to crucial HIV-prevention research. Many of the clinical trials offered at the Case ACTU are through its affiliation with the HIV Vaccine Trials Network (www.hvtn.org) and the HIV Prevention Trials Network (www.hptn.org). At any given point in time, the Case ACTU has several trials enrolling HIV-negative people for a variety of prevention methods.
